Heat-Shrinkable Cable-Entry Seals

Sumitomo Electric Lightwave’s Heat-Shrinkable Cable-Entry Seals are comprised of a rubber boot, O-ring, and nylon-nut fitting used to secure indoor-rated tube cables to indoor tube-distribution unit (TDU) enclosures. It does not provide strain relief. These seals are a simple, easy, and effective means to secure tube cable ends and provide a liquid- and fume-tight seal between the tube cable and TDU entry point.
